Revisit Past Dramas
Zumba all the way5/21/2014 I've always wanted to do Zumba (one of the not so new ways of reducing your fat). It's actually an exercise routine except the steps are much dancey and fun. According to Wikipedia, Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s. It involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. I am really a fan of dancing which made me want to try this program out. So when the mall nearest me (SM Bacoor) announced they are going to have free sessions I signed up. So I got a little late but surprise surprise! program started way late than the allotted time. There were of course a lot of women who wanted to trim off excess inches like me. Program was annoyingly late it actually started 45 minutes later than appointed time but do not be fooled. Although it starts late you still need to come early or the good places will be gone.
The whole program is actually fun all you need to do is mimic the steps of the instructor onstage. The routine was a mix of hip hop with clapping, shouting and steps that would involve shaking your hips and booty. There were also those squats and stretches which were quite easy to follow. Although if you are not a good follower you really need to follow my advice above about being early . Being early assures you of a good spot, characterized by you seeing the instructor clearly even if you are in the middle of following the steps. It also gives you assurance that you have all the space you might need when you start going around. I tell you the stage is not high enough so if you are in the back you won't get a view of the instructor's feet or even his hips. Program ended earlier than expected (on my time at least, which I thought was cheating since I was expecting 2 hours of semi dancing) but it's alright since I was tired already from trying to see from where I was. When you have the time to try Zumba make sure that you have the essentials (towel, water, extra shirt) and your camera since after the session you can take pictures with the good- looking instructors (hehe). Of course, have fun too while you subtract those inches from your waist.

Unrequited- Part III5/11/2014 Dear crush- the ever present guy in my dreams, I know sinulatan na naman kita! Nakakaasar no? Kasi ba naman akala ko tapos na tong ilusyon na to. Okay na e, di na kita napapanaginipan. Kaso everytime unaware ako nanjan ka. Iba na yan ah? Nilagay mo siguro picture ko sa ilalim ng unan mo or something along those lines no? Aminin mo na kaya. Joke lang alam ko namang wala kang kinalaman sa mga oh- so - kilig na panaginip ko e. Anyways kwento ko na lang din. You never know where your dreams start. Ang sabi sa Inception, kaya di ko na rin masasabi kung paanong napunta tayo sa ganitong conversation.
You: "alam mo may feelings ako sa yo". Look of shock na may halong denial emotions from me. Completely weirded out pero di maiwasang kiligin, me :) effin love is complex5/1/2014 Love lifts us up where we belong We've seen it, read it and some even went to the extremes and experienced it. Love's definition depends on the person asked to describe it. Some speak of it as if it's a dream come true, some speak of love as if they were scorned by the God of love himself. There are some who use it as an inspiration, and others who think of it as a play thing. The question really is what is it? Alas, no one knows exactly as we can only know it through experience. Still, everybody has different experience so there really no definite answer to this question.
Love, it is how you care for your siblings even though there is nothing more that will give you happiness than to make them miserable. You can even show your love to your parents by buying them tickets to an out of town trip for a week's worth of vacation so you can have the house to yourself. It is the way you fight with a boy/ girlfriend just because your hormones says so. It's the way you get your crush's attention though you know they will just ignore you. It is even in how you refuse to give money to beggars so they will not be tempted to use the money they collected from drugs. You even go to the point where you make "parinig" to your enemies so they will know what wrong they did. What do I know about love? Is two decades of living on earth enough for me to define love? Do I have enough experience to describe love and put it into writing? I don't really care, I just want to share the things I have seen which makes me think that this is love. Does it really appear as I have described? So does this mean that love always come with reason? Maybe, you may not know it or even feel it if you think i'm wrong feel free to share your ideas.
